After an above‑knee amputation, Tracy returned to racing with one leg—winning the adaptive category at the 102‑mile El Tour de Tucson, setting a U.S. national record in the C2 1,000‑meter time trial, and earning multiple USA Cycling national titles. She’s also the 2025 Gran Fondo Para National Champion and a dedicated member of Team Access.
